By creating an account or using Pocket Hotel ("the Software," "the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pocket Hotel is a hotel management software provided to help hotel owners and staff manage bookings, guest check-in, room status, and related operations.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support.pockethotel@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free Trial

Pocket Hotel may be offered on a free trial basis. During the trial, usage data may be collected as described in our Privacy Policy. Continued use after the trial period requires an active paid subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service's security
• Upload or process guest data you are not legally authorized to collect
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties

5. Payment & Subscription

Subscription fees are billed as described at checkout. Non-payment may result in suspension of account access after a grace period communicated to you in advance.

6. Data You Provide

You (the hotel) remain the data controller for guest information (including ID scans) entered into the Service. You are responsible for having proper legal basis and guest consent to collect and store this data under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pocket Hotel is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data caused by user error, third-party breach unrelated to our infrastructure, or misuse of the Service by you or your staff. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; see our Refund Policy for details.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
